Getting Started

Welcome to the API Developer Portal - your gateway to APIs that let you integrate with our platform for data access, processing, and system interactions. Whether you're a public developer, a partner, or part of an internal team, this guide will help you get up and running quickly, securely, and efficiently.

Sign Up & Sign In (Using Microsoft Entra External ID)

  1. Visit Developer Portal. Click on Sign Up.

  2. Create Account (External ID)

    Enter:

    • Email address

    • Password

    • Display name

    • Company name

    Submit the Form

  3. Email Verification

    • A verification code will be sent to your email

    • Enter the code to verify your account

  4. Account Creation (External ID)

    • Your identity is created in Microsoft Entra External ID (Identity Store)

    • This stores:

      • Login credentials

      • Profile information

  5. Complete Profile (APIM Portal)

    • You will be redirected back to the Developer Portal

    • Additional profile details may be pre-filled

    • Submit to complete registration

  6. Access Granted. You can now:

    • Browse APIs

    • Subscribe to products

    • Access API keys

    • Test APIs in the portal

Subscription Key Request

  1. Go to Products

  2. Select the relevant API product

  3. Click Subscribe

  4. Submit request (if approval is required)

  5. After Approval:

    • A Subscription Key will be generated

    • Use it in API requests: Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: <your-subscription-key>

  6. Important Notes

    • Keep your key secure

    • Do not share it publicly

    • Regenerate if compromised
